Use of Polyurethane Sandwich Panels in Industrial Building Sector:

Shear-resistant sandwich panels for walls and roofs are produced by foaming rigid polyurethane between thin metal facings. One of the main items of specification in the building industry today is that facades and roofs have to provide a high level of insulation. Polyurethane rigid foam is a superior insulating material and contributes to considerable energy savings in heated or air-conditioned buildings. But as PUR rigid foam is an organic material and therefore a combustible product, there may be certain concerns regarding risks in the case of a fire. Assessment of the fire performance of combustible products is based on ignitability and spread-off flame tests. PUR rigid foam fulfils the relevant fire classification requirements currently in force in countries all over the world. As PUR rigid foam is a thermosetting material, it does not melt nor does it form flaming droplets. This is an important feature which assists in avoiding possible fire initiation by those droplets, especially in roof applications.

High Pressure Dosing Unit

A high pressure multi component dosing unit equipped with mass flow transducers and double diaphragm pumps.
  • Chemical storage units are refrigerated for chemicals optimum temperature control
